Warranty & Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel a sale and return the goods within 14 days of the initial purchase for a refund without stating a reason, but we would appreciate your providing us with a reason in order to reduce problems in future. Goods must be returned in original packaging, in an undamaged re-saleable condition and must include any extra items included with the original purchase except batteries. Batteries must be removed from any device. Do not return batteries unless they are in original safe packaging – please keep them free of charge. The buyer must pay the cost of returning any goods sent back to us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

We will replace or repair and reimburse any costs of returning defective goods due to manufacturing or supply errors. There is a 90 day repair or replace warranty from day of purchase. Repaired or replaced items will carry the 90 day warranty to its original expiry date. Where items have been damaged by poor handling, modification, misuse, water damage or any other buyer actions we cannot reimburse any purchase or carriage costs. As manufacturers, we can supply replacement parts or repair damaged Evil Ice Creams at reasonable cost. If you need a repair or spare part, please contact us HERE
